Description
Our beautiful ranch in New Mexico is home to many ostrich, emus and rheas. This year 2011 we were collecting fresh eggs from all 3 different birds during the month of October. The ostrich started laying eggs in February. The emus started laying eggs in October. And the rheas started laying eggs in April. So I am displaying this photo of the fresh eggs, for information only, as I had all 3 different fresh eggs available at one time.
