We select the larger ostrich eggs from our bargain bin second quality eggs.  These eggs are better quality than our regular bargain eggs but may have a slight stain, textured shell, wrinkles, or irregular drain hole.  The main difference is the larger sizes and these eggs typically measure between 17 to 18 inches in circumference from top to bottom of the egg.  Some of these eggs can have a very oval shape which is great for unique craft projects.
