Rhea eggs for hatching are also available now and should be available until about August 2023. Fresh Ostrich Eggs for eating are available now as the main ostrich egg production season is beginning in February 2023 and will continue into about December 2023.

Fresh Emu Eggs for eating are not available now as the emus started their egg laying season in November 2022 and ended their egg laying season in April 2023. Emu Eggs for Hatching are not available now and next emu egg production season will begin in about November 2023. Please Note--Fresh Ostrich Eggs for Eating are NOT sold by weight. Size is determined by measuring the ostrich egg in circumference around the egg lengthwise. Weight on listing is shipping weight including packaging--not just the weight of the ostrich egg alone.
