It is important to please check your shipping address for accuracy. Our fresh eggs and products need to be delivered in a timely manner without delays or returns. Priority Mail delivery is usually in 2 or 3 days but the post office will not guarantee the timeframe. For very important or special orders we recommend shipping Express Mail with delivery tracking information and guaranteed delivery status. Customer service is very important so please contact us should any problems arise as only authorized returns will be accepted with any perishable items. We carefully pack all orders and usually have very safe deliveries. However any damages or claims occurring during shipping must be documented by authorized US postal service personnel upon delivery. Shipping insurance can be purchased for any order but again we have close to 100 % safe deliveries using Priority Mail. All hatching eggs are collected daily, sanitized and cooled until shipping. We do not guarantee any hatching eggs after leaving our farm as many factors affect the hatching success. Hatching eggs requires much precision and dedication and quality incubators should be used. Constant temperature at all times is very important for quality hatching success. Sanitary incubation and hatching facilities is recommended as all eggs are sanitized here at the farm. Extreme care is taken to insure the best possible hatching eggs are selected and shipped. But please do keep in mind that not all eggs are fertile--not all fertile eggs will hatch--and not all chicks will live. This is the chance we all take with the incubation process.
